6. Construction Scheduling

• Change orders

• Force majeure events

Hang 10 Pools does not guarantee project completion dates unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

7. Site Conditions

Property owners are responsible for disclosing known site conditions, including but not limited to:

• Underground utilities

• Drainage systems

• Retaining walls

• Environmental restrictions

Unexpected site conditions discovered during construction may require additional work and associated costs.

8. Change Orders

Any modification to project scope, materials, dimensions, equipment, finishes, elevations, features, or specifications may require a written Change Order.

Additional costs and schedule adjustments resulting from Change Orders shall be the responsibility of the property owner.

Work associated with a Change Order may not commence until approved by both parties.

9. Payments

Payment terms shall be governed by the signed construction agreement.

Failure to make payments when due may result in:

Hang 10 Pools may provide workmanship warranties as outlined in the signed construction agreement.

Warranty coverage may be voided by:

• Abuse or neglect

• Improper water chemistry

• Natural disasters

• Acts of God

• Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

11. Pool Maintenance Responsibility

Upon project completion, the property owner assumes responsibility for:

• Routine maintenance

Failure to properly maintain the pool or spa may affect warranty coverage.

12. Limitation of Liability
